SeaFiesta.pk offers premium frozen seafood for home delivery in Karachi and bulk shipment to select cities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment (where applicable) and confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Delivery Policy

Karachi:
Deliveries are available across Karachi. Orders above Rs. 7,500 qualify for free delivery in DHA and Clifton.

Lahore & Islamabad (Bulk Orders):
For orders of 100 kg or more, SeaFiesta offers air shipment to Lahore and Islamabad under the following terms:

• Full advance payment is required.

• Delivery will be made within 7 days of payment credit.

• Any discrepancy in payment vs. shipment value will be mutually settled within 10 days by both parties.

5. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once a delivery is completed.
However, if an item is:

• Incorrect

• Damaged

• Or compromised in quality

You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery, with supporting photos, via WhatsApp at 0310 2636193.
Refunds or replacements, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days.
