Return & Refund Policy

At SeaFiesta, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the perishable nature of our seafood, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted.

However, if your order is:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Or compromised in quality

Please notify us within 3 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (0310 2636193) with photo or video proof.

After review, and upon approval of your claim, you may return the item to our location (return shipping at your cost). You may choose either:

• A full refund, or

• A replacement of equal value, within 7 days

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method or as a credit toward your next order.
